no the one on pg. 1 is not recent and there wings have fully developed yes.

well depends on what you mean by tame they will follow me around sometimes but they dont want to be held lol

Yeah, mine "trust" me if I'm bringing food or just sitting in a chair watching them, but when i start walking around the pen they keep a sharp eye on me, and when I get in the pen they always go to the opposite side.

That's how I want them though.

When just feathered out rouens can fly, still not as good as a mallard though. And it takes a lot longer for Rouens to mature and get big and have low keels than it does other meat breeds it seems like.
