Today I went to visit the Indian Runners that we hatched in our classroom last year. We gave them to a good home they have a wonderful pond to swim in and appear to be very tame as they run up toward the house to greet the owner when he opens the front door. They are very content and happy. These came from a blue drake and I have fawn/white, buff, and black females. I wanted to take some of them home, but I have all that I can have - I live in town.

Thank you, we especially enjoyed these pictures because we just received our 12 Runner ducklings from MMH. I plan to keep 5, hens of each color, blue, black, chocolate, and fawn & white, and a fawn & white drake. The rest will be shown & sold at our county fair. Now we know what to look forward to when they're grown! They look like people in the 6th photo.

I wondered how they would turn out - It was fun to see. They came over and let me pet them, so he spends a lot of time with them, they are very tame.
