Well its certainly been a while since I could last post, so lots to catch up on!
Miley and her babies were having a nice day out until she thought it was a good idea to go say hello to Lacey and her babies! Lacey wasn't amused and told her to get lost and I wasn't amused as I knew one baby was nearly out the egg. She wouldn't give up so I had to scoop her up and shove her back in the broody pen for the day!

love them already hers are always so friendly because she trusts me. Can't get near Mileys! Had to sit with the youngest up my top for a while as it decided to get in the water near the nest with its siblings. Now nice and warm in the little broody coop now

Mileys two babies trying to tag along with Lacey and her babies as they have a useless excuse of a mother

. All I can say is Miley certainly hasn't took after Lacey with her mothering skills. First and last time she will be having babies!

On a mission

Only two of Lacey's babies are left now. The little one died through the night bless it. Not sure what was wrong with it, just wasn't thriving as well

Khaki ducks nest. All infertile, wasting her time bless her. Not sure whether to take them away or not

Was nice to see josies babies the other day with babies. Dottie hatched an impressive 14 out of 17 eggs!

beautiful pics as always. I'm sorry about Laceys little one. Maybe she can get another one from Miley. I love how Bella gets to visit with Laceys babies. I'm sure she does remember who her mother was.

I loved the painting of the orph girls. It sure captured their beauty.

I am still trying to get used to this new set up. I can't say I like it yet maybe when I get used to it.
