I'll say 16-17-18 weeks.I do not have big experiens with Australorps,I have only one hen.Now I have 20 we old Marans,Faverolles and other and they look more mature then yours.One Faverolles starts laying 2 days ago.Your birds look nice and I am sure untill end of september you will have eggs and they will lay all winter.

Some hens grow spurs on their legs..
I had a light sussex hen with spurs on her legs, and two of my white leghorns have small spurs on their legs.
