I converted a rabbit hutch into a chicks house with a outdoor run. It is predator/cat proof, covered for rain or moisture. But the thing is I don't know where I would put the heat lamp. Because it has an upper level and ground level. I am afraid if I put 2 week old chicks out there, they would 'forget' where to go to get warm. So they are starting to outgrow the brooder, but atleast I can keep them warm in there. What to do? Will they learn to come back to the heat lamp if I put them in the new hutch?
**So with the pictures, where should the heating lamp go?
