How long do you find that the white tail deer usually live? We had a female with three normal legs and one twisted leg from an accident who made her way through our property every night like clockwork. She was already full grown when we moved to our property 11 years ago and we think she just passed away this year as we have not seen her. She raised a ton of babies every year, usually one or two of her own and then she would take on a bunch of orphans as well. It was funny to see her nursing a nearly full grown baby AND a newly born baby at the same time! I'm just curious of the lifespan of white tails, as there were reports of her being around quite a few years before we moved in.
How much do the vulturines or their eggs usually go for? Any more info on the tiny deer, like pricing and permits? Thanks so much! Thanks for sharing pictures and taking the time to answer all of our questions!

I have seen young Vulturine's range in price from $300 to $600 per bird. Unless you are good at hatching eggs, my opinion would be to buy young birds, we get $85 for an egg, IF we sell any.
We do get a good price for our's; I hear people say they can get them for less- but I always laugh when they call back cause they couldn't get any.
For the deer you would have to check with your state for requirements on permits.

Yes some are endangered, we buy them just like anything else. There are alot of endangered pheasants- which are not very expensive and you can buy them right on here from BYC members.
