Pictures for the BYC Calendar contest--Help me choose one

These three photographs are similar, and I am not sure which one is the best to enter into the BYC 2021 Calendar contest. What do you all think? Please vote in the poll above, and feel free to explain why.

I think I like #3 the best. #2 is good too.

They're all fine, but I think the second two are better quality, while the third shows more background yet still plenty of chicken.

I'm voting for #3, simply because when s chicken looks at you, they look into your soul! They're so smart & it's easily visible in their eyes!

I am going to add a cropped version of Photograph #3, so that it is more centered. The downside is, it loses a bit of the greenery in the top right corner. Feel free to change your vote if you wish. This is Photograph #4.
