Very good! It's hard to describe since it really isn't a chickeny taste. The store bought ones I had did have a chicken taste but my homegrowns were different. They were sort of like some wild rabbit.

I'm glad you see the processing the same way I do. People get so stressed over
processing yet chicken flies off the shelves at the grocery stores. One of our friends
there today prefers not to watch it and that is totally ok but she has no illusions
about what happens at factory farms. I eat factory beef and that's even worse
than chicken.

My kid has taken a chopped off chicken head to our neighbors to mess with them.
They deserved it.

Please remember that Perfectly Polish did correctly title the thread (which I changed), but as I explained to her, even with a warning, the fun had by all was hard not to look into.
