Yup, I try to give the neighbors the respect by not making a big scene when I processed the quail but that didn't work out so well. The look on their faces when I was working away at the task just said how much shock they were in. And these neighbors...deserved it too though it was unintentional payback for all the birds their dogs have killed of mine.

I eat factory beef too but only because I have no room for cows. If I did...I can just imagie how much better the steaks would be! I get some local grown beef when I can afford it from the local meat market and there is no comparing it to the supermarket gunk.

No Angel has been laying eggs for almost a year so I think she's a hen.
We have another splash like the splash hen we gave you. It's just a single
comb roo. Other than the single comb he is flawless.
