My first ever incubator hatch! One little Painted Button Quail. Please God, let more than one hatch.

My order from Cackle Hatchery. Speckled Sussex, White Leghorn, and Silver Laced Wyandotte. All alive and well! I was concerned because of the below freezing temperatures when they shipped.

What does the green on the yellow ones signify? They're adorable! Did you get anymore quail to hatch? What kind of button quail are they?

No extra chicks with my order.

Yes, green is for the leghorn roos

I think at least one more egg is pipped but they are so tiny it's hard to tell.

Great pics. I got my order from them today. All well and three extras. Everytime I get bantams, they always send about 3 or 4 more of the breed ordered.
