We set 12 Muscovy Duck eggs on Nov 27 but had to cull 3 of them after candling. This photo was taken on December 8 - I'm sorry, I didn't realize we had to have a photo or a time stamp! So here is my photo for the count contest, but of course I don't qualify for the first chick hatched contest.
Backstory: We had a very sad incubator episode on day one with these eggs, then an uncooperative (although previously "pretendably" broody) surrogate hen while the incubator was evaluated and then they all went BACK in the incubator.... but we STILL have some little fighters in here. Really looking forward to NYD!

14 Icelandic eggs

Sooo cool, I'm only (hugely) a little jealous...
(I'm on a waiting list for some Icelandic chicks in May 2013, got on the list b/f building the diy coolerbator...)
Please be sure to post pics when they are dry after hatching, I really really want to see them.

Ok, I set 19 Serama eggs:

20 Eggs set..As you can see it was down to the wire but finally the thermostat worked and we made it!

We set 15 chicken eggs today at noon PST. They are (purportedly) pure Ameraucana, and Ameraucana x Barred Rock, Ameraucana x Mottled Java, Ameraucana x Silver and/or Gold Laced Wyandotte. Mostly mutts, but from very good layers. It will be fun to see how they turn out. Doing this with my kids - good to teach them where their food comes from, etc.
Note: These chicken eggs are in with my wife's duck eggs right now, but we'll move to separate hatchers when it's time to stop turning.

47 of my eggs and shipped eggs
6 dz tj's fertile eggs.
so that 10 dz less one, 119.
They went in at 12.
