1 Mutt "Popeye" over Mutt "OliveOil" <--LAYED TODAY by my own :) hope the mutt "Lovechild" hatches!

I wanted to at least report in that i set 24 eggs just after noon. unfortunately my camera batteries seem to be dead n the spares are missing. :(
And my phone has decided it doesnt know how to upload pics. *head palm*
This always seems to be my luck.
I will get a pic with my camera when i get home from work (batteries should be fully charged by then)and post it.

I started 2 incubators...this one has 34 eggs; 5 White faced black Spanish, 7 BTW Japs, 4 Black Old English, 8 Black Rosecombs, 10 Seramas
This one has 41 eggs; 14 Serama, 27 BTW Japs
Total of 75 eggs started!

I just set 40 chicken eggs. 9 Silver Penciled Rocks, 7 BB Splash Marans, 6 Coronation Sussex, 2 White Marans, 2 Cream Legbars, 2 Black Penedesenca and a dozen Australorps and RIR pure but mixed in the box.

The top tray are the NYD eggs. The bottom are earlier sets that will be going to the hatcher in the next few days

Here are mine: 42 eggs. I have a French Black Copper Marans cock over olive eggers, Marans hens, and Ameracauna hens. I set them as close to noon as I could. I actually started photographing at 2:05, but it took me ten minutes to get the computer with the time on it and all the eggs into the picture.

Okay... so I did some swaps and the generosity of this community is a little overwhelming! I had planned on less than 40... for my 42 turner slots. I got SIXTY EGGS!!! Soooo looks like I'll be squeezing them in there and turning them manually!

Top Right 3 are from the 6th to test the bator ;)

60 eggs set for New Year's Day!

19 eggs set!
11 Silkies
5 olive eggers ( i swapped for these but they are way tiny and bright blue, not olive.)
and 3 of my own, dont know what breeds they are lol!
That means the roo covering them would be a "chocolate" egger (welsumer, marans, etc) which darkens the eggs to an olive color in the next generation.

wow! I think I have the fewest eggs here!

Thanks to Shannon at Diefly Ranch, I have 6 Silver Penciled Plymouth Rocks and 2 likely blue Wyandotte....maybe.
But at least I made it YAY!
