pictures of my eggs..are they to small to sell?

was really hoping to sell them but they are soooooo small.

I have an Aunt who is really cheap

and is always looking for a good deal. I usually sell her my smaller eggs for 1/2 price. She is happy, and I am happy

What a good idea!! 1/2 price. I think they are perfect sized for me but my dh like the bigger eggs they would be perfect for a child also.

i never sell my small eggs

i use them myself for scotch eggs
(nargisi kofta)

and as they are eggs that only come in teh begining of laying its not often i have small eggs

What is a scotch egg? I have a picture in my mind of a glass of scotch with a raw egg floating in it LOL. I know that can't be correct I'm going to google it.





Googled it..I'm going to try making scotch eggs, bet the grandkids would love them.

Scotch eggs are hard-boiled eggs wrapped in sausage and either baked or fried.

To make a scotch egg, hard boil the egg and peel it. Roll out sufficient sausage meat to cover it completely. Dip in beaten egg and toss in flour, then dip again in beaten egg and toss in breadcrumbs. Now deep fat fry until golden brown. Absolutely delicious!

Here in Texas we often skip the egg part...you take a jalapeno, stuff it with cheese then follow Newfie's instructions. YUM!

I think small eggs are great for one bite deviled eggs.
