I'm certainly no expert, but I'm concerned that the rain run off from your roof is going to flood the run. And I noticed the slope of your property runs downhill. Perhaps a rain gutter on that side to deflect the water would be a good idea.

Love the color and decorations. You have some very fortunate chickens! I know they love their new space.
