That is the "man cave" , I have some new Pic's that I have not posted yet, it is a touch further along. Thanks ( And almost all of the wood in the shop came from trees from my property even all of the framing lumber.

Zaz would love to live with all that wood grain and one day i will we are also using all the wood we have milled from our land to build our new place .. DH surgeries have put things on hold but it won't be long now.

AT some point I may try to Free range them, may start out letting one or two out and seeing how that goes. In till then they will have to deal with this structure,

My one Speckled sussex Hen likes my shop also she always hangs out in my shop, I turn around she is on the work bench if the up stairs door is shut she sits there and pecks at it in till you open, she walk up and down the stairs all day long, it's kind of funny to watch.she gets up in to the soffits and lays a egg.

Wow! I'd hire you...very nice. Do you leave the popholes open all the time? I always wondered if peas would use them...plus i really like saying "peacock pophole"...i'm easily amused. I like the screen door, that's what I need... it gets unbelievably hot in my 8x10 house with two windows, even in my older chicken house that has four, my birds are free-ranged, but always shut up at night, the days I have to go to work at 6PM they can't come out...

Birds are sooo addictive. If I had a carpenter I'd have a lot more, i want turkeys and runner ducks...and quail...and breeding runs for 6 breeds of chicken...

Yes some of the Peafowl use the Window to enter and exit, I may close it in the winter time when temps get real low, as of now I ll leave it open. I still need to make a Little exit door up high so teh Pigeons can have some free range time, i am unsure if Ill add that to the coop or the aviary.

It looks so nice and green there! We're still getting snow. If it ever decides to get nice I can start on my new Pea barn....but it won't be as pretty as yours
