Trying this again. Sorry for the repeats but I am not very good at this.
Hopefully this will show the progression of our coop experience. We are really happy with the way it turned out.
The chickens seem to like it as well. The free range all over the yard most of the day but go in and out on their own until evening.

It looks great. I love the way you have used every bit of a smallish space, and the good height under the hen house is brilliant. I have a space under mine but it is too small for the feeder and waterer so I had to make shelter elsewhere in my run so they would stay dry. I'll make note of yours for my next one
