how old do you think he is with how long his tail is?????

thank you. will his tail go thru a big growth spurt over this winter.because i know at three they will have those huge tails that you see in most pictures?

Yes. First he will shed all those long feathers almost all at once and then grow out a full tail over the winter. Then it will be the same molt/growth pattern for every year.
