Pied blue cameo white?

this is an interesting looking bird. Described as Pied Blue cameo white peacock . Isn't it unusual with its blue with white spot neck and its cameo wings ? It is not my ebay ad, but am i wrong, its an unusual looking bird isn't it?

He's saying he has Pied Blue, Cameo, and White peafowl in the same pen together.

pic shows a black shoulder pied peacock and pied hen....don't see a cameo
