Pied or Dark Pied?

Well I don't know what I have
In this breeding pen I have a pair of Purple Dark Pieds and a White Hen.
Most of my Dark pieds that have hatched has no white, and the pieds that have hatched have more white.
What should I be looking to see if it's a pied?

Is your white hen IB or Purple? When breeding two Dark Pieds together you will get nothing but Dark Pieds. A DP bird will carry two Pied genes and will pass one Pied gene to every chick. The DP cock over the White will give you all Pieds, one Pied gene from him and one White gene from the White hen. All of the (IB) White hens female offspring will be Purple and the males will be split to Purple. If she is Purple White then she would produce all Purple Pied offspring.

I would call it a Purple Pied hen.
