Hi. I have chickens and they've just attacked a wild pigeon who entered the coop to eat their food. I have no experience with pigeons so I don't know what to do. It is alive, but can't fly or stand up on its own (its wings and legs don't look broken, though). I put it in a box with food and sugared water, but obviously, it is not eating or drinking. I have a syringe to make it drink or eat but there is blood inside its beak, so I'm not sure I should do this.

What can I do?

I'm sorry, this is the only pic I could take, it is scared AF and I'm afraid of stressing it too much. It is missing some feathers, but there are no open wounds.

It is laid down with its wings opened at its sides. It moves a bit once in a while.

It may have wounds that you can’t see if there’s blood in its beak. Are there any wildlife rehabilitation centers near you? If so, ask them if they treat pigeons or euthanize them. I wouldn’t try to force the pigeon to eat or drink anything yet, just leave it alone in a quiet, dark room. Make sure it is warm enough, since injured pigeons can have trouble regulating their body temperature. If you have one, you can put a heating pad (set on low) underneath half the box (so the pigeon can move away if it’s too warm).

Unfortunately no, there are no wildlife rehabilitation centers near me.

But I think you are right, it may have some sort of internal wound related to its digestive system because it is clearly feeling much better now (it stands up and walks around) but it still doesn't want to eat/drink. I don't mind if it can't fly yet, I can keep it in a large cage that I used for baby chicks, but how long can pigeons go without eating?

It will be fine for a few days, but if it still doesn’t eat after that you may have to take action. You could post on the emergencies/injuries/disease subforum for better advice than I can give.
Hopefully the bird is just in shock and isn’t overly injured.
