Pigeon ID

I am hoping someone can help me identify a breed of pigeon. I have never owned pigeons until recently so please bear with me.
I saw a beautiful pair of Pigeons at an auction yesterday. They were sort of "partridgey" in color and average in height but extremely
broad in body type. They reminded me of Cornish in a way.

Anyway, I didn't stick around to see what they sold for or if anyone there had any information. I would like to find out more about them
and appreciate any information.

Modena? Maybe. Maybe not. Did it have a erect tail? Or large nose ceres? I would guess if neither of those things resemble it, it could be a Show Type Racing Homer or if it had large ceres it could be a American Show Racer. If it had a erect tail, it would be a Modena or King


Also, it could be a cross too
