Heyla,
So I have 5 duckling around 3 weeks old. 3 pekins, 2 rowens. One of the pekins has a black patch on his feathers, small not to noticeable but how i can tell which is which and they are all in a 2 foot wide by 4 foot long 'pen' in the house until they can live out side.
Well the one with the spot seems to be pigeon toed, as in he is always walking /tripping on his own feet and so he has started walking on his 'knees and shins'. I am hoping to take them outside this weekend into a small 6 x 6 dog pen chain fence area. I am hoping that with a larger area to be in I will be able to get pictures of how he walks.
When I caught him to look at him i do not notice a different in leg temp or knee color or foot lay from the others. If he walks for a bit on his 'knees' the legs become red, but he does not always walk this way. A lot of times he just walks around stepping on his own feet. Is there anything I can do to help with the Pigeon toed issue?
