I’ve talked to my family (who he belongs to) about it and they said they’ll think about it but his walking has improved significantly so I’m mainly worried about his growth. Thank you for all your help! Do you know any things I can buy that may help his growth?

Judging by the pictures, it looks like she is a classic runt, occasionally you will get those types, really the most you can do is provide lots of supportive care, and make sure she has plenty of vitamins in her diet. Sadly, there isn't some sort of "potion" to make them grow faster.
