pigeon weak and unable to fly

I got 3 pigeons about 2-3 months back. Another pigeon I had previous to that was hurting it. I gave it to my cousin to just take care of for a while, and I got them back today. I got all 3 back today and the one can't fly, and its breast feels very thin and weak. Any suggestions on how I can help it?

What are the pigeons sexes? How old are they roughly? What was it eating at your cousins house, do they have access to grit?

only one is having issues. It is a hen. probably 1-2 years old (I think) I have no idea if he gave them grit. In my loft, they have access to a giant flight pen with plenty of pebbles and rocks.

Is the weak one eating and drinking? How do the eyes look... bright or dull? Since it's a hen make sure she has calcium!
What do her poops look like?

for the pigeon that can't fly, I set up climbing poles to the nesting boxes and perches and taught her how to use them. The hen actually got mated. Just incase, I have a nesting box about 4 inches of the ground in case she doesn't make it up to the high nesting box in time.
