Pigeons In baltimore

Hello everyone,
I have been keeping chickens for the last seven years permitted in Baltimore city and I am looking to expand into racing pigeons but I cant figure out how to get a permit. Has anyone got experience getting a permit to build a pigeon loft/gain pigeons?

Have you tried a google search 'pigeon clubs Baltimore' ? Perhaps something will come up and someone can help you.

As far as I can tell the pigeon club has not met up or been active since 2016 but I did send an email to the person on record.
