I gave my girls corn on the cob for the first time, yesterday. At first they were NOT impressed. In fact, they shied away and acted like they were scared of it. My daughter put it in their pen and later that day we checked up on them and found the cob stripped clean. I'd say I had some happy girls and they have a new favorite treat.

oh yeah .. mine love it too! My folks stopped and bought some corn for a roadside vender the other day .. that corn was LOADED with worms and bugs .. YUCK!!

So I shucked it and threw it to the chickens!

Only one thing better than corn on the cob ...
