Pin feathers in bum fluff?

I have 3 beautiful Orpington chicks, nearly 4 weeks old.
The “blue” one (who is coming through black) has pin feathers around and below her vent.
Is this something to worry about? I’ve never seen a chicken (or cockerel - she might be a cockerel) with feathers in that area.

Yes, that's normal. All chicks replace those original butt feathers with new ones.
