Pin feathers

What is the best way to remove pin feathers after the butchering is complete?

I use a butter knife or some sort of easy to handle blunt knife. For really annoying feathers that still won't come out, I put it in the fridge for a day and then kind of shave against the grain with the butter knife and they're a little easier after resting.
