Pinched Nerve

I think I would try vitamin therapy to see if it makes any difference.
Give her 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily along with 400IU Vitamin E. A treat of egg or tuna will help with the uptake of E.

See that she's eating a nutritionally balance chick starter or all flock feed.

Neural form of Marek's disease also comes to mind.

Do I just crush it and add to her feed? She is definitely eating a good feed. I’ve also given her tumeric , parsley, sage, oregano, bay leaf, thyme, rosemary…I also have a dried mix of nesting herbs for her. (All in small doses) she’s moving herself around in the coop, chirping and talking, she wasn’t before. She is enjoying being spoiled.

You can put it in her feed, but a 1/4 tablet B-Complex and a soft gel E are fairly small, she can swallow those no problem.
I just open the beak and pop them one at a time in the beak. Let her swallow after each one.

While vitamins are for sure not a cure all, they can sometimes offer added support to the system. Vitamin E is an antioxidant and supports neurological functions while the B vitamins help with metabolism of carbohydrates, amino acids, etc. and offers support to the legs, muscles, etc. I'd give her the vitamin support for at least 7-10 days and see if they make any difference.

The egg or tuna both contain enough selenium to help with the uptake of E and she'll enjoy a little treat. Mine love eggs, especially the cooked yolk.

Sounds like she's being spoiled. Keep us posted on how she's doing.

Thank you very much. I just want to make sure I am doing everything I can. Yes spoiled is the word. She was a bit rude this morning for the first time in awhile she wanted her food and water I hold for her then I was massaging her and she let a huge one go right on my lap😂😂

Ok well it’s either she’s really angry with me or she’s just picking on me. She dumped on me again! This time I had a towel underneath of me I don’t know if she hasn’t been going a whole lot. I know she has been because I clean her but these are huge! I don’t know if this is a good sign no sign, hopeful sign lol but she did tear into that egg really good she loved it. Thank you.

Nah, she's not mad at you, likely it's being moved about and she's stimulated to go.
If she's laying down most of the time and getting soiled, you can try placing her in a sling to get her more upright.

These are just a few examples of slings that folks have made, if you search google images or even youtube you will find more. You do want to monitor while she's in a sling, some birds tolerate it but some will try getting out and can injure themselves.

Thanks! I will try one. Yesterday she tried standing on both legs, something she hadn’t tried really since her “injury” she’s also not just laying on her side she’s been sitting. I’m not wanting to read too much into this but I’m really praying. It’s a good sign.

Just had to share some good news for the last three days. She has been walking and improving every single day. The first day, her leg was pretty weak and she kept falling over stepping on her other foot. She’s walking 1 foot in front of the other. I’ve got her outside for some fresh air. And she’s doing really well. Thank you for all the help and support. Everybody on this page is very appreciated.
