I have been using the pine shavings for the bedding for the coop and for the brooding cage. Can I use cedar chips instead? I have americauna adults and isa brown chicks

THANK YOU...No. Cedar chips have aromatic oils that are bad for many animals to breath constantly.
THANK YOUI personally would not unless you have very good ventilation, and only around the adult birds, never the babies. Cedar aromatics are very hard on a birds respiratory system.
