I am looking for advice on what bedding to use in my small coop. It is not big enough to have a poop board, so I’m hoping to be able to easily scoop the poop out. I also want the least amount of dust possible. I’ve heard good things about large flake pine shavings and pine pellets. Can anyone advise me on which would be best to use?

Oh really? Why do you like them more?
Thanks for your response ☺️
They are easier to sweep up and don't make as much dust, which bothers my allergies. They are also easier to spread around when they are fresh. They keep the smell down too! corn cob bedding is nice too, it is also a pellet

I use pine shavings/mulch/chips that we make via our chipper...I don't think it's easy to "scoop" poop out of them, or maybe I don't have the right scoop. I use kitty litter scoops. Guess the scoop holes are too small for the pine shavings to fall thru. We have since installed poop boards, so there is very little poop on the coop floor.
