Pinesol?

Hello!
I have issues with mice, and I heard diluted pinesol in a spray bottle will deter them... just wondered if it is toxic to chickens? I'm seeing mixed reviews. If it is safe, is there a certain mixing ratio I can use?? Thank you!

Pinesol will deter rats however it can be harmful for chickens to breath the fumes.

I use a peppermint oil spray to keep mice and rats off farm equipment. 25-40 drops per 2.5 gallons water. It also repels flies and other insects and doesn’t seem to bother chickens. Do an internet search to verify that.
