Pink ducks?

Please, please, someone tell me there is a breed of duck called the Pink Duck. Because today it said, "Mothers Day .... Pink Ducks" on the local feed store marquee and I was so horrified I couldn't even bring myself to stop and see if they are selling ducklings dyed pink for Mother's Day. I am totally repulsed. Are there legitimate Pink Ducks or is the feed store run by a bunch of inhumane jerks?

Okay I just did a google search, and they are fake ducks, specially made to fight breast cancer being sold for Mothers day! Pheww...
