Pink feathers on chickens?

I have a hatchery chicken that has pink feathers on its throat, wondering if they could of been dyed. She is still pink at 7 weeks old.

That is probably dyed, maybe it's done in a way that it will look cool when they are an adult.
Maybe it means its pullet? Idk
