One of my Cayuga hens who is about 8 months and laying has a pink growth on her inner corner right eye. I brought her inside and put triple antibiotic on it just in case it's an infection. We thought she damaged her eye but when I brought her inside and put a cool wet tissue over her eye and held it closed when she opened it her eye was normal then she blinked and this piece of pink tissue popped back up out the inner corner. I didn't get a pic bc bringing her inside away from her crew was stressing her and I didn't want to give her extra stress. Anybody heard of these pink growths? She's still eating like crazy and moving around normally. I did try Google before posting here and found one post on byc without alot of info on this pink growth. It looks like what you think a small dark pink tumor would look like or our human eye tissue..

I believe it is conjunctivitis with no respiratory infection. I've used Terramycin once a day for 3 days and the pink growth is going down. Her eye is beautifully clear but there are bubbles in the corner, the growth is turning light colored and smaller.

Here's a video for better presentation of what I'm dealing with. I found information on this to be slim, so hopefully this helps someone in the future.:
