The temp was pretty steady at 99.5 I didn't mess with the temp during the hatch cause the incubator instructions said not to.

What about the brown/green slime attached to the egg and the baby? She keeps trying to push that off.

To be honest, I would just leave her be. You don't want to risk introducing any more bacteria than necessary.
