Pink swollen face on my turkey

One of my turkey hens is showing with a pink very puffy face and a large lump in the craw just below beak? The other turkeys seem fine. I feel so bad for it. Looks awful. Thanks

Just looked at my girl. I gave her Benadryl last night. The swelling is almost completely gone but she is just sitting inside of the coop just kind of chirping on and on. Omg she has a huge lump in her craw! Could she have gotten something stuck? Is there anything I can do?
