Pink watery poo, help!

My chicken has started pooing this weird watery lite pink poo with white bits in, I have had my girls for about a year and I am worried it might be something like worms? Any advice would be great!

Thank you, yes I will put some pics up. I did just clear up the poo but there will be more obviously. I think it is only one !
