Pinless peepers

Hi! Yes, we did get the peepers for our three reds that were bullying our Australorp, Bugsy. Our largest red, Big Red, only kept hers on for a month or so (I think it feel off because her comb is so big), but the others still wear theirs. They still bully Bugsy a little by fluffing up at her and pecking in her general direction and I feel that if we took them off, Bugsy would be in danger again. They work great and don't bother the chickens any more.

Im so glad. I just ordered some from amazon. I have tried everything else to stop it.

We soaked ours in hot/warm water to loosen up the plastic to put them on. I held the chicken and my husband slipped them on through the nose. It is done more easily with 2 people. Good luck!

With the pliers/applicator that came with mine I was able to put it on by myself while clutching the hen w/ my left elbow and hand/fingers lodge the head, while the right hand applied it on. Hi guys, that was 2015 when I last used the peepers, right now am on my 4th integration and never have any problem to use them again, knock on woods.
