If you remove the egg just try to be quick, so you don't lose too much humidity. It won't harm the other eggs. Good luck and remember: slowly and carefully. Watch out for that inner membrane with the tweezers. If you tilt the egg you should be able to see under the shell, how much space you have to work with.
 
I removed some of the shell didn't see any vessels, however it is waaaay below the air sack. I could see vessels in the portion of the membrane and the air sack. So I put a damp paper towel around it and put it back.
 
I helped it out. It was for sure stuck in that one position. Glad I decided to help more after a few hours. It is almost dry now and resting. I don't think it would have ever gotten out alone.

All three chicks are doing wonderful. Just wish we knew if they were pullets or Roos. We can't have Roos where we live. :(
