Pip half way down the egg.. what do I do?

Oh my gosh.. I'm so scared of hurting it. I peeled back some membrane with there was some sticky stuff and a little blood vessel (i think) so I didn't tear it, just moved it off to the side. The egg shell crack off more exposing more of the membrane (which I wet with warm water. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to do this. How should I proceed?

That doesn't look that bad, (the membrane). It looked more brown in the other pic. I would just set a wet paper towel around it and put in back in the bator.

The beak is sticking out though right? You can clearly see it and it is free from any membrane or stickiness???

That's happened on here before. Someone thought they had chickens and it ended up being a couple ducks...lol

I'm sure it's just the pic, but I thought that was what I was seeing...wow. lol
