Pip to no movement in 36hrs

So first off I'm new to hatching my own eggs and this is my first batch. I don't feel it's going very well at all. I have 7 eggs left out of 14 and I also have a feeling 2 are ticking time bomb rotten eggs(they've started to leak) and a 3rd has piped but there has been no movement in almost 36 hrs. I have another piped so I don't want to take the chance in opening the incubator and drying it out so she doest survive either. I also still have 3 eggs w/ no piping or leaking to speak of that will hit 21 days tomorrow. Any help/advice would be appreciated.
