one of the chicks has piped a hole and when I shine the flashlight he just goes to pecking is that a good thing to shine the flashlight on them??

I use a flashlight all the time, i have never cooked a chic with it. i think it motivates them to get out.

I am ashamed to say I did that and said "come to the light". After they started zipping I knocked on the bator and they would squirm around and loosen it. I know it probably not the best thing to do but I couldn't help myself!
