pip to zip

This is going to be the death of me. LOL I have removed tiny little bits of the shell. He is moving around a lot now and peeping. I do think he was stuck. I left some of the shell now that I see he can move. Hoping he can get himself out now. I am watching very closely and doing short sessions so he doesn't get cold and can rest.
Talk about nerve wracking...LOL
Once you start opening the egg you pretty much have to finish.

Ok he has got himself almost all the way out. His back end is a little still in the shell.
I "think" I can see something like a small yellowish bubble tho. He's moving around and lifting his head up. Then takes a rest.
I have another one that is peeping loudly inside the shell. This one didn't do that and has only peeped when I started taking tiny bits of the shell off.

Great...let him rest so he can finish absorbing. Make sure no one beats him up.

That's what I'm doing. He's the only one out so far so no bullys to get him. :)
I have done all I can to help. This is worse than waiting for the first grandchild to be born! LOL
The waiting game IS the worst, I know.

Hang in there.
:fl:hugs

Did you happen to calibrate at least one thermometer?

I'm going to guess your temp is not reading correct because they shouldn't be hatching this late.

I highly recommend buying ng and calibrating a thermometer for next time.

Same for a humidity gauge. Salt testing one.

I found these cheap ones at Walmart.
