I've got 4 drying in the bator, and two actively zipping. There are 10 eggs with no activity whatsoever, at least so far. Technically, we're only on day 20, so there's hopefully another round of hatching coming.

NewChickenMom-

I'm using an LG still air with the turner. This is my first successful hatch with it.

I've found the LG to be pretty stable, temp-wise, but all over the place with humidity. I went over kill with the humidity at the end, because my humidity was way too low last hatch and I had almost 20 chicks die in the shells.

My humidity is sitting at 77%, even after I pulled the 10 dry chicks, so I think we'll be okay.

I guess my only advice is to find out as much as you can about hatching before you take the plunge, and if you can afford a better one, don't buy an LG, lol. Eventually, I'll get my Hovabator or Brower, but most likely not until income tax next year. The LG plus turner ran us about $85 total. It'll do until I can get a nicer one.
