One of my Japanese Bantams has pipped! I'm so excited!!! It's a little early(day 19) but I've heard that can happen with smaller eggs. My Cochins are wiggling but no pips yet!!

Thanks, it's zipped and working its way out. Should I be worried that the other 12 eggs haven't pipped?

I don't think you should worry, since it's only day 19. But don't just take my word for it. I'm only on day 4 of my first clutch ever. Good luck!!

It actually will. I have seen time and time again, once they hear that peeping the others will start popping out!
Even a video with the sound up will get them to make some extra effort!

Don't get worried about not having any pips until the end of day 22. 21 is a guidline/average. My first baby hatched day 24. Bantam eggs are known for being a day or two early. Yes, hearing peeping from another chick or from a recording gets them moving. As soon as my first egg pips or I hear peeping inside the I start playing baby chicks from a you tube video...lol Get's them going!! lol Congrats on the action!
