Do you have a link or anything for this cutter tool? Anything that makes cutting hardware cloth a bit easier definitely has my interest piqued. I definitely know what you mean about sore hands using tin snips with it.

Laughing at Mallow. What a warrior!

He thinks he's 10 feet tall and the most intimidating creature on the property.

Since I have been putting feed away early, my birds also think they are starving.

Yup!! You'd think they hadn't seen a single pellet of feed in a week every morning when I get out there to put their food down!

I kept plugging it in between cuts to keep the battery strong. It won't cut while plugged in though as it's probably a safety issue.

Runners up, here is Nora again, sitting on a log.

The flock's favorite place to relax and preen first thing in the morning after breakfast Pictured are, left to right and back to front: Merlin, Sylvie (part way behind the bush), and Ida; Harriet and Mallow; Vega, Sumi, and Perdita just visible at the bottom edge.

And this one's a bit out of focus, but here are Opal's five babies all lined up getting breakfast first thing this morning

Speaking of babies, the last of the brooder babies moved outside last night and have spent their first full day as outside chickens today. Everyone's doing well, including that last of those weird chicks that's still hanging in there! My bedroom is so quiet and empty without babies in the brooder in there, though

I had 3 in a row taking a dust bath today in a corner of the run - Cheddar, Lemon, and Violet. I wasn't surprised about the two bantam cochins, but it was cute to see Violet with them as she's an australorp. But, I didn't have my phone with me at the time.

Every time mine are let out they make a bee line to the sand pile under the trees! It's very cute to watch.

Aw, I love that! Mine just make a bee-line to the back of the house at free-range time because my mom gives them scratch grains off the deck back there like a grandmother giving her grandchildren candy.

No problem! I just remembered that you had said something about not getting alerts for threads sometimes so I figured you'd lost us somewhere along the line.

I hadn't noticed that on Birch! He does have some pretty impressive eyebrows for a chicken
