piperazine dihydrochloride 53% Worm dosage HELP??

Hi!
I got this medicine from the local farm store to treat our 18 chickens for round worm, any advice on how to figure the dosage out?? The package says 400 grams for 325 L of water will treat 1250 Layers. I am lost without my math wizard husband! Also what is the best way to treat them add it in the water? ALso how do you know they each get some? We also have one hen who is seperate and sitting on 10 eggs I guess she should be done to , she shares a coop. Thanks for any help!!
