Piperazine

My piperazine water add med says to retreat in 30 days. Is that too long to wait? I thought it was 10 to 15 days.

Mine is Pig Swig piperazine water wormer for swine & poultry. We don't seem to have any other kind of wormer around here. Still don't recommend retreatment?
