Pipped 24hr ago but not zipping

I still hear chirping and can see it moving a bit. But it’s been like this for 24hr. Time to help?

what i have so far learned is that you should not help a chick unless or unless he has absorbed all of his yolk.By then you can facilitate the chick.I suggest that you see if he is chirping loudly or nor.If he is,help him.If not then wait more

Looks like it pipped the wrong end which means it didn't pip internally and should wait between 12 - 24 hours more.

Closer to the pointed end, but more specifically not into the aircell.

I'm basing that on it's pretty close to the middle, and there seems to be a bit of blood. Also the longer hatch time sounds right for that.

as there is blood, you should definitly leave him alone. Now its up to him to peep through air cell
